Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mr.K Interiors / Kandipati Interiors, we strive to provide clear, transparent, and fair policies to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and project adjustments are handled.


1. Consultation & Site Visit Fees

  • Any consultation fee or site visit fee paid is non-refundable.
  • If you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, we will adjust the same visit for another date.


2. Design Charges

Design charges include:

  • 2D drawings
  • 3D renderings
  • Layouts
  • Material selections
  • Revisions

Design Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once:

  • Designs have been initiated, or
  • Any drawings/renders have been shared.


3. Project Booking Amount

To start production or block materials/labour, clients generally pay:

  • 5–10% booking advance OR
  • A custom amount mutually decided

Booking advance is non-refundable because materials, labour scheduling, and backend tasks begin immediately.


4. Project Cancellation (After Agreement)

If the client cancels the project after signing the Work Agreement:

A) Before Factory Production Begins

  • Refund (if any) will be calculated after deducting:
    • Design costs
    • Manpower allocation
    • Measurement visits
    • Admin & processing charges
    • Any pre-purchased materials

B) After Production Has Started

  • No refund is possible.
  • Materials and modules are already manufactured specifically for your site and cannot be reused.


5. Material Purchases & Custom Items

Once materials are purchased for your site (including laminates, plywood, hardware, lighting, appliances, tiles, sanitary, etc.):

  • These items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • If replacements are required, charges will apply as per vendor/brand policy.


6. Delay or Rescheduling by Client

If the client delays or postpones installation beyond 15 days of scheduled start date:

  • Storage charges may apply
  • Labour rescheduling fees may apply
  • Material price changes (if any) will be borne by the client

No refunds will be issued in such cases.


7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is applicable (rare cases only), it will be processed within:

7–14 business days

via the same payment method or official bank transfer.


8. No Refund For the Following

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect measurements given by client
  • Changes requested after manufacturing
  • Third-party damage or external contractor interference
  • Natural wear/tear or misuse after installation
  • Electrical, plumbing, or civil works later modified by others


9. Project Warranty

Any refund or cancellation does not affect the applicable warranty on materials or workmanship as per the final agreement.
