Terms & Conditions – Kandipati Interiors

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all interior design, execution, renovation, and turnkey services offered by Mr.K Interiors. By approving a quotation, design, or work order, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Scope of Work

• Work scope will be clearly stated in the approved quotation and drawings.
• Extra work requested later will be charged additionally.
• Additional design revisions beyond the agreed limit are chargeable.
   

3. Pricing & Payments

• Quotation validity: 15 days
• Payment schedule:
  • 50% – Project Confirmation
  • 40% – Mid-Stage
  • 10% – Final Handover
• Project progress may pause if payments are delayed.
   

4. Materials & Specifications

• Materials will match the final BOQ.
• In case of unavailability, equivalent alternatives may be used.
• Natural variations in grains, color, or texture may occur.
   

5. Design Deliverables

• 2D drawings and layout plans
• 3D views (representation only; final output may vary)
   

6. Site Conditions

• Client must arrange site access, electricity, and water.
• Structural modifications require appropriate approvals.
   

7. Timeline

Timelines may shift due to material availability, payment delays, client-requested changes, or external restrictions.

8. Warranty

• 1-year workmanship warranty
• Hardware/appliance warranties as per manufacturer
• Warranty excludes damages due to misuse, moisture, or third-party work
   

9. Cancellations

• No refunds for completed stages.
• Pre-execution cancellations deduct design/admin charges.
   

10. Liability

Mr.K Interiors is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, seepage, or third-party damages.

11. Intellectual Property

Designs, drawings, and renders remain company property until 100% payment is completed.

12. Job Completion & Handover

Final handover is done only after full payment. Minor touch-ups will be addressed at the end stage.

13. Governing Law

All disputes fall under Bangalore, Karnataka (modifiable on request).
